AT&T Store

Horrible customer service, the guy helping me was so rushed to get to lunch that after the full 2 seconds he looked at my phone it was could not be repaired. He looked at for less then 1 minute, then determined it was beyond repair, then was so rushed to set up my new phone he used his passwords to setup my phone, my life is on my phone and less then 1% transfered to my new phone, my passwords don't work because he was to "busy" to ask me for my passwords, so he just used his passwords. He kept running to the displays to upsell screen protectors and cases but couldn't be bothered to bring the right 5 times. It was a joke. With 10 people waiting for over a half hour to get waited on, he had no problem just walking out for his lunch. If he worked for me he wouldn't have a job anymore!! Not because I don't believe employees should have a break, but he bragged that he was only working a 5 hour shift and that I should give him a good review because he had already had to many bad reviews and he only been there 2 months. Horrible experience, horrible customer service, horrible knowledge of the products and services.

Ryan Waters is the best! I had a “screw up” when I bought my phone elsewhere. He took a personal interest in helping me, spent a lot of time figuring it out, and now, finally, resolved the problem! Can not express how thankful I am!

My experiences with Ryan, the store manager was above and beyond all expectations. His knowledge, and personality and kind demeanor were on point. I will recommend this location and Ryan, specifically, to any and everyone. 5 stars!!!!

The manager there was very unfriendly. Then discovered that they lied to me in regards to my rebate for my trade in. When I received my bill I went in to discuss this with them and they lied again in regards to contacting me about this issue. I was told he would get back to me in a couple of days. I never heard from them. Called AT&T in regards to this issue and this office never even put in the paperwork for anything therefore I get nothing!!!! I will be moving my account ASAP. This company is awful and I will tell everyone I possibly can. Yeah I know AT&T could care less about my little peon self but I am important even if it is not to YOU!

The new Store Manager was awesome very knowledgeable, friendly, and can multi task without a hinge... Unfortunately we did not get his name but he said he was from Michigan.. Thanks again so much!
